About Studform

Studform is an Australian manufacturer of commercial doors, acoustic doors, fire-rated doors and specialty ceiling systems, partnering with industry professionals to deliver high-performance solutions for construction projects across Australia and New Zealand.

For more than two decades, the South Australian family-owned business has worked alongside architects, builders and contractors to deliver reliable, well-engineered solutions, from residential developments to some of Australia’s largest commercial, healthcare and aquatic projects.

From its Adelaide manufacturing facility, Studform supplies door and ceiling systems to construction projects across Australia and New Zealand, supporting architects, builders and contractors with reliable, custom manufactured solutions.

Built on Door Manufacturing

Door manufacturing remains the foundation of the Studform business. For decades we have produced high-quality architectural, fire-rated and custom doors for commercial and residential construction projects. Our in-house manufacturing capability allows us to deliver tailored solutions that meet the performance, finish and design requirements of each project. This custom door manufacturing continues to shape the precision, quality and attention to detail across all Studform products.

Innovation in Speciality Performance Solutions

Alongside its door manufacturing expertise, Studform continues to develop innovative solutions for complex building environments.  This includes advanced acoustic door systems with RW-rated performance, supporting projects where sound control and privacy are critical, such as healthcare, education and commercial buildings. Studform manufactures acoustic doors, fire-rated doors and custom architectural doors designed to meet the performance requirements of modern construction projects across Australia.

Studform has also introduced specialised ceiling systems designed for demanding conditions, including seismic ceiling systems for IL3–IL4 buildings, corrosion-resistant ceilings for aquatic centres, and non-magnetic ceiling systems for medical facilities.

Together, these solutions demonstrate Studform’s commitment to combining engineering performance, architectural design and practical construction outcomes, ensuring durability, compliance and long-term reliability across a wide range of projects.
