Kwikloc® Seismic Ceiling System specified for one of Australia's most complex healthcare builds - delivering acoustic performance and structural compliance at scale.
Studform is a trusted project partner for some of Australia's most significant construction projects spanning commercial, retail, residential, healthcare and education infrastructure.
Tower 8 in Adelaide's City Business District represents a defining milestone in the city's commercial development - a $180 million project and the largest office project in Adelaide's history.
Delivered in partnership with architect Woods Bagot, builder Baulderstone and engineers Aurecon and WSP, Studform supplied Korporate aluminium partitions, Acoulite acoustic doors and washroom cubicle packages across the full 54,000 square metre development.

As the largest office project ever undertaken in Adelaide, Tower 8 set a high benchmark - demanding interior finishes and fitout solutions that could hold their own against the ambition and refinement of Woods Bagot's design vision.
Working within a staged delivery programme, typical of projects at this scale, required precise coordination across Studform's team alongside the architect, engineers and builder, to meet sequencing milestones without disruption to the broader programme.
Beyond logistics, the project called for washroom partitioning and door solutions that could complement the building's premium aesthetic. Every material and finish needed to align with the contemporary design intent of the development, while meeting the practical demands of a large-scale commercial tower including long-term durability, hygiene performance and full accessibility compliance across all levels of the building.
Studform delivered a fully customised fitout package across Tower 8, supplying high-quality Korporate aluminium partition systems, architecturally designed high-pressure Acoulite acoustic doors and washroom cubicle packages for every level of the building.
For the washroom environments, Studform specified its IMAJ range - an innovative cubicle system made from a recycled solid-core material engineered for durability and design flexibility.
The IMAJ range is graffiti-resistant, durable against splinters and rot, and carries a solid colour throughout the material. Certified under the Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA) Ecolabel program in accordance with ISO 14024, it was a natural fit for a project targeting strong sustainability outcomes.
Purpose-built IMAJ hardware completes the system, incorporating gravity hinges, lift-off staples and hat and coat hooks that double as bumpers - details considered for both functionality and longevity.
For the door package, Studform developed a custom design specification implemented consistently throughout the building - an American Oak veneer paired with an innovative 0.8mm self-supporting high-pressure laminate, finished with decorative vision panels. The outcome is a cohesive, considered door solution that reinforces the architectural language of the interior at every level.
Studform's product specification also supported Tower 8's sustainability ambitions, with environmentally certified materials and ethical manufacturing processes contributing to the project's targeted 5 Star NABERS and Green Star ratings.

Tower 8 is a demonstration of what's possible when design intent and fitout capability are genuinely aligned. Studform delivered Korporate aluminium partitions, Acoulite acoustic doors, and IMAJ washroom cubicle packages across Adelaide's largest office development at scale, across a staged programme without compromise on finish or quality.
The result is an interior fitout that meets the rigour of Woods Bagot's design vision while standing up to the demands of long-term commercial use. It is also a project that reflects the value of early supplier engagement with Studform's technical input and manufacturing capability guiding practical decisions that supported both the programme and the design outcome.
Beyond Tower 8, Studform's Korporate aluminium partitions, IMAJ range and commercial door solutions continue to be specified across major projects around Australia - recognised by architects, designers and builders for their design quality, durability and consistent high-performance.
