Studform's High Performance Acoustic Doors deliver lab-tested sound reduction without compromising on design in accordance with ISO 717-1:2020 standard: Acoustics – rating of sound insulation in buildings and of building elements. The range spans a lightweight Rw34 Acoulite door range through to the Rw Acoustic Door Sets from Rw35, Rw38, Rw40, Rw41, Rw42, Rw43, Rw45, Rw47, Rw48 and Rw51 configurations, suitable for healthcare, education, multi-residential, commercial and laboratory projects. 

Acoulite is built from a composite core with advanced acoustic insulating mediums, cutting up to 17kg from a 2700mm partition door compared to traditional solid-core doors, then laminated with a facing to suit your project.

For projects requiring higher levels of acoustic performance, the range is available in Rw35, Rw38, Rw40, Rw41, Rw43, Rw45, Rw48 and Rw51 configurations. An advanced X3 acoustic seal system enhances sound attenuation by fully sealing the perimeter of the door, while the Rw41 door set is designed to integrate seamlessly with Studform's Korporate Partition Series, supporting coordinated acoustic wall and door solutions across 64mm, 76mm and 92mm partition systems.
