Sitting unused for decades, SubStation No. 164 is the ambitious revitalisation of two adjacent historic Sydney buildings at 183–185 Clarence Street. Now one of Sydney's most innovative office developments, it sets a new benchmark for heritage buildings of the future — floating a seven-storey sculptural glass office space above the original heritage fabric.
Built leveraged every one of their multi-disciplinary capabilities at every stage, working alongside formidable partners to unlock value and deliver a one-of-a-kind development.
